- Researching, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities via outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and
- inbound lead follow-up
- Scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, timely information
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution and
- provide feedback.
- Continuously expanding knowledge of our products, services, and relevant
- market trends
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs including call and email
- volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Orum, and AI-powered prospecting tools (strong plus)
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
