- Cross-Functional Synergy: Foster teamwork across Product, Engineering, UI/UX, and operations teams. Your leadership will be the glue that binds our success.
- Experience: 5+ years managing entire product lifecycles in B2C companies (a must).
- Gaming Advantage: Previous experience in the gaming industry is a big plus.
- Team Leadership: Successfully led large teams of product managers and designers (10+ employees).
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, management, and leadership abilities.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of working closely with R&D teams to execute product strategies.
- Decision-Making: Ability to navigate cross-functional challenges and drive impactful decisions.
