Marketing Specialist

• Own, develop and execute an annual content and marketing work-plan
• Produce compelling and high-quality content such as blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, industry reports, presentations, videos, emails, social media posts and more
• Collaborate with internal teams (investment professionals, operations) to identify content opportunities and leverage their expertise
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement
• Oversee F2's social media channels and website content, ensuring it is always up-to-date, engaging, and reflective of our brand
• Conduct hands-on research on industry-related topics and trends and interpret the findings to inform content strategy and creation
• Support our portfolio companies' marketing activities, including brand positioning and messaging strategy
• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of locally and globally events for F2, including webinars, industry meetups, investor briefings, and portfolio company workshops. This includes managing logistics, promotion, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for F2 partners and team members at relevant industry conferences and events

• 2-4 years of proven work experience as a content writer ideally within the tech industry
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling
• A tech-savvy creative thinker with a passion for innovation and the startup landscape
• Proven ability to create engaging content across multiple formats (written, visual, video)
• Experience in planning and executing events of varying scales
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for B2B engagement
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Full professional proficiency in English, at a native-level standard, is essential
