We're looking for a Data Analyst to join a leading financial institution in Israel!This is your opportunity to take part in one of the most impactful digital and data transformation initiatives in the Israeli financial sector. The position offers a technological and analytical challenge in a dynamic and evolving environment, combining business data analysis and advanced data platform design. You will work within the Digital, Data & Channels division, leading complex cross-organizational data initiatives and driving business insights through structured and scalable information architecture.‍What You'll Do:

Lead activities that combine business data analysis with data infrastructure design.
Apply broad business understanding and cross-functional system insight across complex financial environments.
Establish and manage the organizational data catalog.
Provide hybrid solutions to business requirements using existing DATA capabilities in the organization combined with new technologies.
Write high-level specifications for data extraction processes from operational systems to the data platform.
Collaborate with business units, process engineering, business data teams, and development analysts.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis and data management -must
At least 3 years of experience in the financial/banking industry -must
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL or SPARK for data exploration**- must**
Strong interpersonal skills -must
Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Information System**- an advantage**
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Cloudera, Big Data, or DataLake**-an advantage**
Experience in data modeling and defining data ingestion processes (e.g., S2T)-an advantage
