- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to drive product decisions and optimize supply operations.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers, to inform the product roadmap for supply-related technologies.
- Work closely with supply teams to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and ensure alignment between product development and operational needs.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from data analysis and requirements gathering to testing and implementation, ensuring timely delivery of scalable and efficient solutions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the performance of supply-related products. Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Organize and communicate product updates, data insights, and progress to supply stakeholders and management.
- 2+ years of experience in a role involving data analysis, technical software support, or product management. Experience in a marketplace or e-commerce company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Technical proficiency with software systems and using API-based tools.
- Experience working with data analysis tools like BigQuery, Excel, or other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for AI-driven automation
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management operations is an advantage.
