- Oversee Recruitment Process: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an effective and streamlined workflow for all open roles.
- Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update the status of all open positions, ensuring clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline and providing timely data based updates to leadership on hiring progress and metrics.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to find top-tier candidates.
- Perform initial screenings through phone or video interviews, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers, as well as the HRBPs to develop role requirements, understand team needs, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- AI Tools & Automation: Proactively identify, pilot, and implement AI/recruiting tools to improve efficiency and keep workflows streamlined across all open roles.
- Job Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to help attract high-quality candidates and stay competitive.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives to build and maintain a strong employer brand, promoting our company culture to attract top talent.
- Organizational Excellence: Implement and optimize systems and hiring tools that enhance efficiency, track key metrics, and ensure smooth coordination of all recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
