- Lead and manage the technical support team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and quality control.
- Provide professional and effective solutions to complex technical issues.
- Oversee and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Mentor and train team members to improve their technical and customer service skills.
- Develop and implement work procedures and service quality standards.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless support and operations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Team Leader.
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more support technicians.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office environments.
- Good English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- Highly organized, responsible, service-oriented, and a great team player.
- 9-hour shifts:
- Standard: 08:00-17:00
- Once a week: 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00
- Once a week: 11:00-20:00
- Approx. once a month: Friday from home
