Bynet Communication is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Counsel with a strong background in working with public companies and supporting complex projects.If you're looking for a diverse role with real impact on the business - this is your opportunity.**
What will your day look like**

?Providing legal support for large-scale projects (including BOT), involving the delivery of complex technological system
sOngoing work with public and governmental entities on procurement and tender matter
sDrafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both Hebrew and Englis
hHandling corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and company secretarial dutie
sOffering legal counsel to professional teams and business stakeholders across the organizatio
nSupporting project execution phases while balancing legal, business, and operational need

Requirement

s:At least 5 years of experience working with large public companies, either at a leading law firm and/or in a corporate legal departme
ntSignificant experience in public procurement and tender law, including tender analysis and negotiation with tender committees - requir
edProven experience drafting and negotiating contracts in Hebrew and English, particularly in technological and infrastructure projects - requir
edHigh-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) - requir
edExperience with corporate governance and company secretarial work - an advanta
geStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently lead legal process
