To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the technical engine of our marketing team. As a rapidly scaling post-Series B cybersecurity startup, we need someone who can not only connect the strategic dots between marketing initiatives and revenue outcomes but also architect and maintain the systems that make that visibility possible.You'll be responsible for the integration, automation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack, and work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data. You'll play a critical role in enabling high-performance, data-driven marketing through process design & performance analytics.This is a unique opportunity to help shape the operational backbone of a high-growth startup operating at the forefront of cyber protection for SMBs.Responsibilities:

Own and evolve the marketing tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Make.com/Zapier)
Partner with RevOps and SalesOps to ensure seamless data flow and lead lifecycle management across platforms
Implement robust tracking and attribution models using UTM conventions, tagging, pixels, and event triggers
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI
Build lead scoring models, nurture workflows, and automated journeys to enhance conversion
Drive process efficiency through automation and integrations, including custom scripts and API connections
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to support campaign execution and audience segmentation
Ensure data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment (startup experience strongly preferred)
Deep hands-on experience with Hubspot, preferably with the marketing hub
Solid understanding of CRM system, including data models and field mapping & lineage
Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & event tracking is a must. Understanding of data streaming platforms like Segment or customer analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude, is an advantage
Experience managing integrations between tools (e.g. Gong, Orum, SalesLoft, Zoom, Apollo, Dripify etc.) via native connectors, middleware (e.g. Zapier, Make.com), or APIs
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL and Python is an advantage
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Experience in lead lifecycle management, forecasting models and A/B testing is an advantage
