Production Planning & Control Planner

• Manage and monitor complex production projects from customer order to final delivery.
• Plan and track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: production, engineering, procurement, R&D, and quality assurance to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Utilize ERP systems (Priority) for process control and project monitoring.
• Maintain and update MRP systems: work orders, inventory tracking, and materials management.
• Generate regular reports and present status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Handle production exceptions and manage BOMs (Bills of Materials).
• Drive production progress and coordinate with the procurement department.
• Work with electronic and mechanical subcontractors.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, material availability, and inventory flow.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Practical Engineer / or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (familiarity with the production floor - a must).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Priority ERP system - an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
