Product Designer

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including reusable patterns, components, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define and ship features that matter.
• Lead design thinking sessions to solve challenging UX problems.
• Work closely with your squad to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Present your work across disciplines and to senior stakeholders with clarity and storytelling.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS and complex systems.
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX and UI work.
• Proven experience designing and scaling structured design systems.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, able to generate multiple design solutions quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered creative tools (lovable, Bolt etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Proven skills in user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design

• Experience designing (and using) tools for creative professionals, especially within photography, editing, or post-production environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing a design system
• Academic background in Design, HCI, or a related field.
