As a Junior Project Manager within our Global Supply Chain team, you'll play a unique role managing two key areas: IT support and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.This cross-functional position involves close collaboration with internal managers, external vendors, and global customers - leading projects from concept to execution while delivering high-quality outcomes on time.Key Responsibilities

Implement ESG strategy with vendors, aligned with the company's sustainability goals
Define, track, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take full ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
Analyze business needs, define IT solutions, learn new tools, and lead implementations across the supply chain

Qualifications

Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Information Systems
Advantage: Basic knowledge of hardware architecture (routers, servers, security & communication appliances)
Fast learner with the ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable working under pressure and with flexible hours when needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high motivation and initiative
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Experience working with Agile methodology
Native-level English or very high proficiency
Strong computer skills and ability to self-learn tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SAP, Grafana, Jira, AI tools
