- Own the full-cycle design, development, and launch of product features on our platform, ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication throughout.
- Develop, test, and iterate on product flows and features; establish reusable processes and guidelines to ensure optimal user experience, trust, and consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to refine and tailor product functionality, continuously improving the experience for diverse accessibility needs.
- Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and field feedback; translate insights into a prioritized product backlog.
- Enable internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales), Product, and Engineering with demo environments, playbooks, and decks; lead live enablement sessions and training initiatives.
- Track adoption KPIs for the platform—monitoring usage, engagement, and presenting monthly scorecards to leadership.
- Lead special initiatives, such as internal hackathons or innovation programs, to drive new product development and foster a culture of experimentation.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for advanced product questions, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for the product roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in SaaS or AI-driven products.
- Experience with no-code/low-code integration platforms is a plus.
- Strong product management skills—defining product vision, setting strategy, prioritizing features, and driving cross-functional alignment using tools like Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to create enablement content, deliver training, and lead product demos for technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at collaborating with engineers, product managers, sales engineers, and customers.
- Proficiency in reading and modifying code; comfortable with REST APIs, Postman, GitHub, and basic JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience in customer support or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Background in running internal programs or innovation initiatives.
