- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks, prepare reports, and follow through on strategic initiatives.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and supplies.
- Financial Coordination:
- Track and reconcile expenses and monitor budgets.
- Collaborate with external accounting for monthly closings and reporting.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting dashboards.
- Project & Operational Support: Coordinate HR tasks (contracts, onboarding), organize company events, and support photo shoots and activations.
- Systems Management: Use Monday.com to manage workflows, tasks, and cross-team communication.
- Experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator with financial responsibility.
- Strong financial acumen: budget tracking, expense control, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must) and Monday.com (or similar project management tools).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication in Hebrew & English.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods - a plus.
