- Define and refine messaging for ScaleOps’s products and features.
- Lead GTM strategy for launches from naming to enablement and campaign orchestration.
- Conduct win/loss interviews, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform positioning.
- Develop high-quality sales and customer-facing materials: decks, one-pagers, battlecards.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, DevRel, and Content to ensure a unified narrative.
- Act as the market’s voice in roadmap planning, pricing discussions, and strategic initiatives.
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (devtools or infrastructure a strong plus).
- Ability to translate technical value into strategic business impact.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a developer-savvy tone.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment across teams.
