AISAP is transforming bedside healthcare with cutting-edge AI-powered diagnostic platforms that bring advanced medical decision-making to the point of care. As we scale, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Lead Designer to join our team and define the visual and product experience across all touch points - from our core SaaS products to our brand identity and marketing materials.What you'll do: As AISAP's Lead Designer, you'll own and execute all design efforts at the company, bridging product, marketing, and brand. You'll play a key role in shaping intuitive and delightful user experiences for our customers, while ensuring our brand communicates innovation, trust, and impact consistently across channels.‍About the Role‍

Lead product design (UX/UI) for AISAP's SaaS platforms - from concept to final handoff.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to translate business and clinical needs into seamless user experiences.
Define and evolve AISAP's visual language and design system to ensure consistency across products and media.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user flows using modern design tools.
Incorporate advanced AI-based tools into the design workflow to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Design marketing assets including social media visuals, website materials, sales and field operations collateral.
Ensure our brand identity is consistently applied across all internal and external touch points.
Develop and maintain a scalable, unified visual design infrastructure and style guides.

‍What we're looking for:‍

3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX or product designer, ideally in a tech/SaaS or healthcare-related company.
Proven experience in designing user-centric digital products, from discovery to delivery.
Strong portfolio showcasing product design and branding/marketing work.
Expertise with modern design tools and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
Ability to balance creativity with business and user needs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a high sense of ownership.
Proficiency in animation and motion graphics - an advantage!
