Position OverviewAn international media and advocacy organization is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee digital content distribution, grow audience reach, and maximize the impact of influencer partnerships. This role will focus on collaborating with influencers, posting and amplifying their content across the organization’s platforms, and ensuring that all social media activity aligns with the mission of countering misinformation, sharing authentic stories from Israel, and strengthening shared values. The ideal candidate will be fluent in social media trends, adept at community engagement, and capable of transforming influencer-generated content into viral digital moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with a network of influencers to receive, review, and repurpose their content.
- Tailor influencer-created videos, graphics, and posts for the organization’s platforms while maintaining brand voice and messaging.
- Ensure influencer content is published quickly to capitalize on trending topics and current events.
- Manage and grow the organization’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels that amplify influencer content and core narratives.
- Monitor trending topics and integrate them into daily posting strategy.
- Optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and shareability.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an engaged online community.
- Encourage and coordinate cross-posting between influencers and the organization.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new digital voices aligned with the mission.
- Track engagement, reach, and conversions for influencer-related posts.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth, top-performing content, and influencer impact.
- Adjust strategies based on analytics and platform performance trends.
