Senior Web Designer

• Own the design and UX of marketing web pages end-to-end: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and developer hand-off
• Translate strategic marketing goals into beautiful, conversion-driven digital experiences
• Create responsive and optimized layouts across devices, platforms and tailored touch points
• Create design systems to expend our global reach
• Collaborate daily with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Work closely with product marketing, SEO, brand, and performance marketing teams
• Take action based on data (e.g., heatmaps, A/B testing) to improve UX and conversion rates
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library for the web
• Ensure consistency across all marketing digital touchpoints

• Degree in Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or similar - Required
• 4+ years of experience designing web and mobile-first experiences - Required
• A strong portfolio showcasing live websites, landing pages, or web products - Required
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - Required
• Deep understanding of responsive web design, layout, and interaction patterns
• Experience working directly with developers and understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS basics)
• Strong UX thinking: information architecture, user flows, usability principles
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and analytics tools - Advantage
• Animation/motion skills in After Effects or Lottie - Advantage
• Experience in a SaaS or B2B product company - Advantage Excellent English - written and verbal
