We are seeking a manager to lead a new initiative focused on guiding companies through their AI transformation. The initiative is built on three core pillars: business strategy, technological implementation, and legal and regulatory frameworks. The legal and technology pillars are already supported by strong, experienced partners. We are now looking to build the business pillar, ideally with someone who brings a solid understanding of business strategy along with a background in technology.The RoleWe're looking for a sharp, forward-thinking leader to manage an AI consulting firm that helps organizations navigate complex transformations. You'll lead multidisciplinary projects, guide clients in identifying high-impact opportunities, ensure responsible AI deployment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an executive, client-facing leadership role that blends strategic thinking, technological insight, business acumen, and hands-on execution.Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end AI consulting engagements-from scoping and strategy to delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
Collaborate with clients to define use cases, assess feasibility, and implement AI-driven solutions
Build and lead cross-functional teams of consultants, data scientists, legal experts, and engineers
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and timeline management
Stay ahead of AI trends, technologies, and regulatory developments
Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client pitches

Requirements

5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or product management (preferably with AI/tech focus)
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, risks, and business applications
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Bonus: Background in computer science, data, or AI technologies
