  • 10+ years of engineering experience
  • 4+ years of Python development
  • Strong backend development and production experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • DevOps and cloud background
  • Experience building systems with LLMs will be a plus
  • Experience with other languages will be a plus
  • At least an upper-intermediate level of English
Your day-to-day in this position:
  • Drive the development of proof of concept into a production-ready MVP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Take ownership of backend architecture, APIs, and system integrations
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to shape both product strategy and technical direction from the ground up
  • Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and monitoring for production systems
