Algfa is an algorithmic trading startup combining machine learning and proprietary strategies to compete - and win - in the world's toughest financial markets. With 4 years of strong track record and recent investment - we are growing.Qualifications:

5 years software development in backend & algorithms.
3+ years in Python
Strong Analytical Skills & Problem Solving capabilities
Deep understanding of data structures, complexity analysis and performance optimization.
Ability to work in fast pace, results-driven environment

Desirable:

Machine Learning background
Interest in Financial Markets
BSc. CS/ EE from University

What You'll Do: 🦾

Build our next gen trading system, capable of supporting 100's of strategies & Assets.
Design for high-throughput, memory-intensive workloads using multiprocessing, async I/O, and concurrency.
Code should be robust - no room for errors, and able to handle unexpected communication and execution issues.
Algorithmic Tasks: Implement Trading Strategies, Market & Trading Simulatations,
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate productivity
Develop in a fast startup environment - prioritizing speed & agility over enterprise procedures and routines
