Are you an Excel expert, analytical by nature, and excited about building compensation models and simulations?We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join a leading global consulting firm in delivering strategic, data-driven solutions to Israel's leading companies.Role Overview:

Build and maintain complex models, formulas, and simulations in the compensation & benefits space
Provide analytical support for client projects and executive deliverables
Analyze compensation data and translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate with internal team members and maintain strong working relationships with clients
Support ongoing project needs in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits Analyst role or similar analytical position
Advanced Excel skills - including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and simulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
High proficiency in English - written and spoken
