A young cybersecurity startup offers AI- and Big Data-based solutions to manage alert overload in the cyber domain. Their platform includes advanced asset management, large-scale data analysis, and prioritization and management of vulnerabilities and incidents in both SaaS and on-premises environments.The company is located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. It employs 13 people, including 7 in R&D, has secured significant funding, and is experiencing rapid growth.Role Description:

Join a small, high-caliber AI team reporting directly to the CTO.
Take full responsibility for end-to-end AI solution development, from research through production.
Develop AI models primarily in Python (approximately 60% of the role).
Conduct applied research in Deep Learning and NLP.
Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and develop AI Agents.
Integrate with OpenAI APIs and implement LangChain frameworks.
Work with cutting-edge research topics such as Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, and fine-tuning.
Deploy AI solutions into a complex product environment.
Influence AI architecture and contribute to building innovative, market-leading solutions.
Key Technologies: Python, NLP, ML, LLMs, LangChain, RAG, Deep Learning, OpenAI, SaaS, On-Prem, Agents, Research-to-Production.

Requirements:

5 years' experience in Data Scientist or AI Engineer roles.
Experience in NLP development.
Proficiency in Python development.
Experience working with Machine Learning.
