Be responsible for the Cyber Group Release Management lifecycle from end-to-end, which involves scheduling the release, coordinating between the teams and managing the deployment of the release as per the schedule
Manage the manual Cyber QA team that is incharge of the content and infrastructure testing
Be responsibe for desinging and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analysis and defining corrective actions for the Cyber exercises.
Work alongside the Cyber Product and Cyber R&D teams to ensure content deliverables get to the customers on time, including the Hands-on Live-Fire exercises, Hands-on Labs, theoretical units and Cyber infrastructure & networks.
Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement

Requirements:

Familiarity with the cybersecurity field, conceptsa and principles.
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
Team management skills
Experience working with Agile methodologies and SW development lifecycle, and building release plans
Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge in OS (Win or Linux) and networking - an advantage
