Supervise all installation project activities to ensure high-quality, efficient installation while maintaining high customer satisfaction & on time delivery with excellence
Supervising a number of installation sites in parallel, providing immediate response and finding a solution to problems that arise during installation.
Accompanying and managing the customers starting from the sales stage to connecting an IEC with an emphasis on determining the system configuration in the site survey with the customer, managing the installation teams, and controlling work processes.
The job is dynamic, in all parts of the country, it requires transport, guidance, training and supervision of technicians

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in Solar installations – Must
Practical Electrical engineering and / or certified engineer or electrician – Must
Experience in providing service to private clients – Must
Driver's License – Must
Proven experience in project management - Advantage
Located in central Israel - Advantage
Employment experience from large companies - Advantage
Experience in CRM and ERP system - Advantage
Previous management experience - Advantage
