- 3+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or channel sales
- Proven track record in recruiting and activating partners
- Excellent communicator - fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Familiar with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, PartnerStack, Kiflo)
- Strategic and organized, with a strong sense of ownership
- A self-starter who knows how to get things done
- Own the partner funnel: identify, recruit, and qualify new partners (MSPs, resellers, agencies)
- Lead structured onboarding: product training, sales enablement, and early opportunity support
- Reactivate dormant partners: launch campaigns, calls, and co-marketing plays
- Build strong relationships: provide ongoing value and maintain regular touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner resources, messaging, and tools
- Track partner KPIs and manage progress using tools like Pipedrive and Kiflo
