הובלת החזון והאסטרטגיה הטכנולוגית בשיתוף עם ה-CTO הנוכחי.
ניהול והובלת פיתוח המוצר, עם דגש על מערכות וידאו מאובטחות בזמן אמת וטכנולוגיות AI מתקדמות.
פיתוח פתרונות No-Code ופלטפורמות אינטגרטיביות מתקדמות.
עבודה מול צוותי פיתוח, אנשי דאטה, אלגוריתמאים ומעצבי מוצר.
ניהול וסקיילינג של תשתיות מבוזרות בענן עם אבטחה ברמה גבוהה (AWS).
הצגה ותקשורת טכנולוגית מול משקיעים, לקוחות אנטרפרייז וגורמים ממשלתיים.
פיתוח יכולות מסחריות, טיפוח קשרים והבנה עמוקה של צרכי השוק.
דרישות התפקיד:
לפחות 7 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח והובלת צוותים טכנולוגיים.
ידע וניסיון מעמיק בטכנולוגיות AI ומערכות ML יכולות פיתוח מודלים, אימון, כוונון, אופטימיזציה וניהול עלויות של מודלי AI בענן.
ניסיון משמעותי במערכות וידאו בזמן אמת, כולל הבנה בפרוטוקולים, תשתיות סטרימינג, אבטחה והצפנה.
שליטה מלאה בשפות פיתוח Front-End כגון React ו-JavaScript.
ניסיון רחב בפיתוח Backend באמצעות Node.js והכרות מעמיקה עם פיתוח אפליקציות ושרתים בענן.
ידע מתקדם בפייתון וניסיון בעבודה עם ספריות ופריימוורקים כמו TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain ועוד.
יכולת מעולה לכתיבת ולהבנת פרומפטים ושימוש מתקדם במודלי GPT ו-Large Language Models.
ניסיון בשימוש והטמעת מודלי AI מתקדמים כגון NOVO של AWS Bedrock וכן הבנת מודלים נוספים לתמיכה בניתוח והבנה של שפת גוף ואינטראקציות אנושיות.
ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם פתרונות No-Code להאצת תהליכי פיתוח ואינטגרציה.
ניסיון מוכח בהתמודדות עם אתגרי סקיילינג ואבטחה במערכות SaaS מבוזרות, בעיקר בסביבת AWS.
יכולת מנהיגות גבוהה, חזון ברור ויכולת הנעה של צוותים טכנולוגיים מורכבים.
חשיבה אסטרטגית, חדשנות, יצירתיות ויכולת פתרון בעיות בסביבה דינמית ומאתגרת.
תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה ואוריינטציה עסקית-טכנולוגית.

We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to join our current CTO in shaping and executing the company's technical vision at a pivotal stage of growth.Key Responsibilities:
Co-lead the company's technology strategy and product roadmap alongside the current CTO.
Oversee the development of secure real-time video systems empowered by advanced AI technologies.
Lead the development of innovative No-Code solutions and seamless platform integrations.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, ML experts, and product designers.
Scale and secure our distributed cloud infrastructure (AWS-based).
Represent the company in technical discussions with investors, enterprise clients, and government bodies.
Drive commercial insights and help expand the company's market connections and positioning.
Requirements:
7+ years of proven experience in software development and tech team leadership.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies: model training, fine-tuning, optimization, cost control, and deployment in cloud environments.
Significant experience in real-time video technologies, including streaming protocols, encryption, and infrastructure.
Full proficiency in front-end development using React and JavaScript.
Strong backend development skills with Node.js and cloud-based applications.
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
Ability to craft and optimize prompts and work with GPT and other LLMs.
Hands-on experience with AI models such as NOVO on AWS Bedrock, as well as emerging models for understanding body language and human interactions.
Practical experience with No-Code platforms for accelerating product development and integration.
Proven ability to scale and secure SaaS platforms in distributed cloud environments (preferably AWS).
Strong commercial instincts, strategic thinking, and established market connections.
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technological solutions to diverse audiences (investors, enterprise clients, and public sector).
