Your job is to build smart solutions that transform messy, incoming data into reliable, structured insights. You'll work with tools like Node.js, Python, Puppeteer, and web scraping frameworks to automate data collection and optimize how information flows into our systems.This is a great entry point into tech with real impact. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Analytics to solve real problems and help scale Reeco's backend systems.What You'll Do

Develop and maintain backend services and automation tools using Node.js and Python
Implement web scraping solutions to extract structured data from vendor websites and portals
Leverage AI tools to enrich and standardize data intelligently
Design and test features that improve our data pipelines and automation flows
Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across scraping and backend processes
Monitor internal data pipelines and suggest improvements to enhance quality and reliability
Stay current on AI advancements, scraping trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with backend programming (Node.js, Python, or similar), including JavaScript and browser automation tools
Solid understanding of web scraping, DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming
Proficient in JavaScript and browser automation tools
Analytical mindset with strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a business mindset and curiosity to deeply understand our product and users
