**Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company!**As an Lead Product Manager on the Advertiser Product Management group in our Tel-Aviv Office, you'll work on Taboola's next-generation advertising platform, built from the ground up for performance advertisers. Abby is Realize's in-platform performance expert, an always-on strategist that goes far beyond chat to transform how campaigns are created, optimized, and scaled. Abby's mission is to give every advertiser the personalized insights, guidance, and recommendations they need to grow their business dramatically with Realize.To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

8+ years of product management
Hands-on UX chops. You co-create user flows, speak Figma, and sweat micro-copy.
Deep performance-advertising expertise-auction logic, optimization levers, attribution, and troubleshooting. DSP or RTB experience is a plus.
Data-driven decision-maker. Comfortable querying large datasets, debating model metrics, and turning insights into product bets.
Influential communicator. You rally stakeholders across continents and function around a crisp story-and say “no” gracefully.
Technical fluency. You don't code daily, but you can white-board APIs, ML pipelines, and policy engines.
BSc/BEng in CS, EE, IE, or equivalent. MBA or HCI is a plus.
Excellent English; other languages welcome.
