Project Manager

• End-to-end management of project scope, timelines, tasks, and delivery across all professional work teams.
• Managing work interfaces with the client, including senior management, domain managers, professionals, and external vendors.
• Building trust and a strong personal relationship with the client, ultimately becoming a Trusted Advisor.
• Identifying and understanding additional client needs during the project and leading processes to propose solutions and expand engagement.
• Standing firm in the face of unusual client demands, clarifying contractual boundaries, and requesting additional budget when necessary.
• Initiating business processes to increase project scope and client revenue - including writing documents, pricing, and driving the issuance of purchase orders.
• Providing ongoing visibility of project status to management, including risks, opportunities, and growth potential.
