Head of Marketing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Lead marketing strategy development across all business units and product lines.

• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all markets.

• Lead performance marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
• Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies using data-driven analytics.

• Lead product positioning, launch strategies, and market entry planning.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure market fit and customer-centric products.
• Define and manage the product lifecycle marketing roadmap.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Use analytics tools to measure and report marketing effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team.

• Conduct performance reviews, training programs, and professional development initiatives.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head of Marketing or equivalent level with track record of scaling SaaS businesses through multiple funding rounds or with at least 10x revenue growth .
• Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing campaigns and brand development.

• Expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, and performance marketing tools.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Knowledge of PR, media relations, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with product marketing, customer lifecycle management, and global market expansion.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technology teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
