To learn more about , visit our CyberArk or follow us on , or .Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join us and take part in defining, designing, and leading innovative product and service offerings that will shape CyberArk's future in the Discovery & Context domain.As a product owner you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development teams ,product managers and architects, to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, while ensuring the alignment of business needs with cutting-edge technology.You'll shape the product vision, translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, and guide development teams through execution - all while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, scalability, and precision.Responsibilities:
- Define & Prioritize Product Backlog - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
- Sprint Planning & Execution - Participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth development cycles.
- Bridge Business and Technology - Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure development teams understand the technical goals.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Partner with Company teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
- API & System Design Oversight - Provide guidance on API design, data models, and solution architecture decisions.
- Support Technical Debt Management - Work with engineering teams to refactor and improve existing systems while balancing new feature development.
#LI-MS1Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment , security platforms, or Analytics systems.
- Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of comprehensively grasping both the functional and technical dimensions of intricate systems.
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture. Ex Developer\QA engineer is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile environments, with strong backlog and roadmap management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architectural discussions into actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across different units.
