System Administrator

• Administration, maintenance, and upgrades of Microsoft Windows Server environments- including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS.
• Expert-level management of Microsoft IIS environments- including configuration, SSL certificates, Application Pools, Web config, and performance optimization.
• Management of virtualization environments based on VMware- including ESXi, vCenter, Templates, Cloning, Snapshots.
• Automation and scripting using PowerShell- including building complex workflows.
• Network traffic analysis and troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, Netmon, TCPDump.
• Planning and maintaining load balancing solutions.
• Performance monitoring and system optimization.
• Participating in infrastructure projects such as migrations, version upgrades, and system hardening.

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Microsoft IIS in enterprise environments.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server infrastructure- including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with VMware- installation, resource management, troubleshooting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills- advantage for experience with Desired State Configuration.
• Solid knowledge of network protocols and architecture (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, RDP).
• Experience working on projects involving upgrades, migrations, or new deployments- including version details in CV.

• Experience in system hardening, WAF, enterprise antivirus, NAC.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, ADFS, Conditional Access.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
