We’re building the foundational infrastructure to make GenAI systems reliable, resilient, and production-ready, and assembling a world-class AI engineering and research team to push the boundaries of what GenAI can achieve.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, mission-driven Product Manager to join our core team and help define the future of agentic AI infrastructure. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end—from discovery to launch, working closely with engineering, research, and design to deliver high-impact, production-grade systems.As one of our earliest hires, you’ll shape the product vision, set priorities, and drive execution in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. This is a rare opportunity to build foundational products at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world reliability, where your decisions will directly influence the trajectory of the company.Responsibilities

Own and drive product initiatives from idea to launch, with full accountability for delivery and outcomes.
Conduct in-depth user research with developers and technical stakeholders to uncover pain points, identify needs, and shape the optimal user experience
Define and prioritize product requirements that align with mission, user goals, and technical feasibility.
Work closely with engineering to ship quickly and iteratively, balancing velocity with long-term product vision.
Take responsibility for the end-to-end UX, translating research insights into intuitive flows, interactions, and developer experiences

Requirements:

5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of user-facing features from ideation to launch.
Proven experience building products for developers (SDKs, APIs and developer platforms) and conducting user research as part of the product process.
Direct experience building products that leverage AI/ML
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, research to deliver production-grade systems.
Strong product instincts, able to prioritize, simplify, and deliver value in complex domains.
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to lead, align, and move things forward independently.
Skilled in designing end-to-end developer experiences, including onboarding flows, tooling, and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in complex or technical environments.

Bonus Points

Hands-on experience building AI products and strong technical grounding in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks.
Knowledge of evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
Early-stage startup background, especially in shaping v1 products.
