- Optimize performance by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments across various marketing channels and conversion points..
- Conduct in-depth user research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Analyze qualitative data (e.g., session recordings, user feedback) and quantitative data (e.g., funnel analysis, cohort analysis) to identify growth opportunities and inform hypotheses.
- Manage the growth experimentation roadmap, ensuring a continuous cycle of testing, learning, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Design, Content, Engineering, Data and PMM teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Report on experiment results and growth performance to stakeholders, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a Product Growth or Growth Product Management role.
- Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments that have led to measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics conversion tools (e.g.,Mixpanel, VWO, Clarity,etc.).
- Experience with user research methodologies including user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing session recordings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous optimization and a strong bias for action.
