In this role, you will have a significant impact on both our business and the technology ecosystem, working closely with customers and R&D teams to shape the future of supercomputing and networking.What You'll Be Doing

Support the integration of our latest Network solutions (NICs and Switches) with major cloud providers.
Build and maintain customer trust by understanding and addressing their needs.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop and refine features based on customer requirements.
Lead efforts to resolve complex and high-profile customer issues.
Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements.

What We Need To See

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in hardware development.
Hands-on in high-speed signal integrity and SerDes theory and practices, including specific high-speed lab equipment experience for SerDes compliance.
Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects.
Experience with physical layer of network ports and PCIe ports.
Proven problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in English communication and presentation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

Proven ability to work independently and lead projects.
Familiarity with PCIe Gen 4.0 and Gen 5.0 protocols.
A demonstrated track record of influencing product direction and solving critical issues.
Experience in script or firmware development.
