You'll leverage your deep understanding of software development to architect, implement, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure. You'll champion best practices, mentor developers, and drive the adoption of a true DevOps mindset across the organization.We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has 5+ years of hands-on experience as a C# or Java Developer in a professional environment.
Possesses a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
Is naturally curious and passionate about learning new technologies, especially in the DevOps space (Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab CI, scripting languages, etc.).
Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and guiding technical teams.
Has a strong desire to automate everything and improve operational efficiency.
Is ready to take ownership and drive significant technical initiatives.
