WalkMe is looking for an AI Engineer to join our amazing DeepUI team.We are developing WalkMe's revolutionary runtime engine and transforming the online experience for hundreds of millions of users.Our proprietary AI-based technology is bringing the world's leading digital adoption platform to the next level by understanding and interacting in real time with graphical user interfaces at a human level.We are looking for people who are passionate about leading technology to the extreme. Design and development of new AI based GUI comprehension systems.
Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents.
Exploring and validation of new algorithms based on large existing data sets.
Help build WalkMe's engineering culture.
Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.

What should you bring to the table?

Msc. in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering from a leading university.
4+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithms design and validation.
Experience designing and building AI-driven systems utilizing LLMs, and other solutions.
Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic-workflows, production level prompt-engineering.
A passion for exploring new ideas using the latest ML, DL, and Gen-AI solutions.
Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
