- Manage and drive direct sales opportunities with enterprise clients globally.
- Own the entire sales funnel: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and integrators.
- Identify, onboard, and manage regional distribution partners and commercial alliances.
- Enable and support partners through training, joint client meetings, and co-selling tactics.
- Monitor and track partner performance to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
- Research and map target verticals and geographies for expansion.
- Provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams based on market needs.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with operations and engineering to ensure smooth client deployments.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in CRM and report regularly on progress, wins, and gaps.
- Native English speaker or equivalent fluency.
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, specifically with major corporate clients.
- Proven ability to lead conversations and close deals with C-level executives.
- Multiple relevant commercial roles, ideally in fast-growing startups or tech ventures.
- Strong legal familiarity with LOIs, MSAs, and partner/commercial agreements.
- Proven pipeline ownership and forecasting mastery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - must be a true people person.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working in an agile, hands-on startup environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (10-30%).
- Experience in proptech, HVAC, air quality, energy, construction, or facility management.
- Experience selling software & hardware solutions.
- Prior experience with channel sales or managing partners/distributors in EMEA or US.
- Additional language skills (Spanish, French, German etc.).
