- Own messaging and content initiatives for the B2B audience
- Take the lead on sales cadences, one-pagers, case studies, sales decks, and lead forms, together with B2B email protocols, newsletters, LPs, banners, and video ads
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to write compelling copy that matches brand guidelines
- Partner with UX writers to optimize texts for sales prospects’ in-product journeys
- Utilize A/B testing and data insights to optimize the content
- Lead thought leadership ghostwriting initiatives for senior executives
- Lead the annual Artlist trend report
- Support the PR manager with creating compelling press releases
- Help develop creative concepts and messaging for marketing campaigns across various channels, including emails, banners, websites, landing pages, and videos
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our messaging is relevant and impactful
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of user motivations and workflow tensions to be able to write text that speaks to them in their language
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas that support our marketing goals
- Collaborate with designers to create copy that complements the design and vice versa
- Maintain the Artlist and Motion Array brand guidelines and voice across all marketing materials
- Drive user conversion and retention with engaging copy for marketing materials such as landing pages, ads, email campaigns, banners, and videos
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Ensure all copy meets the Artlist/Motion Array brand guidelines, messaging strategy, and voice
- Make revisions to the copy as needed, based on feedback
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure copy is delivered on time and on-brand
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are being met
- Update the Monday board with tasks and status
- Support other writers with proofreading and editing as needed
- Understand how each project contributes to the business KPIs
- Liaise with User Acquisition, Marketing Automation, and Product Marketing teams to track the performance of content and optimize it based on data insights
- Stay up to date with newsletter performance and optimize content based on data insights
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing copywriting positions
- Mother tongue English, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Experience writing B2B marketing content such as one-pagers, sales presentations, and sales email cadences
- Strong portfolio showcasing your copywriting skills and creativity
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free copy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the music and film industries is a plus
