- Lead negotiations with top e-commerce companies in North America and beyond.
- Manage partnership renewals and oversee ongoing collaborations.
- Identify growth opportunities and launch initiatives with internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends and propose new business ideas.
- Maintain strong communication with partners to boost performance and explore opportunities.
- Develop unique onboarding strategies to showcase Karma's value.
- 2+ years of client-facing sales experience (comfortable engaging C-level executives).
- Native English speaker.
- Experience in B2B outbound sales (big advantage).
- Familiarity with North American and European markets.
- Strong analytical skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives independently and within a team.
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for building and closing deals.
- Familiar to Ad-Tech / Affiliate marketing - big advantage!
- Experience managing CRMs and sales funnels (HubSpot proficiency is a plus).
