- Build for builders: Design and develop the frontend infrastructure that other teams will rely on—from component libraries and design systems to build tooling and performance optimizations.
- Engineer at scale: Work across the stack of modern frontend engineering, building reusable systems that balance flexibility with consistency.
- Drive technical standards: Partner with tech leads, designers, and developers across the company to define best practices and guide architectural decisions.
- Lead by example: Mentor other engineers, support their growth, and help raise the overall bar for frontend quality and maintainability.
- Create real impact: Your work will improve development velocity, code quality, and user experience for millions of creators and countless internal users.
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing or maintaining shared UI systems (component libraries, internal tooling, or platform-level code).
- Strong understanding of application architecture, performance, and scalability in a production environment.
- Experience working on internal platforms or infrastructure initiatives is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate effectively across teams, and mentor other engineers.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and building for accessibility and performance.
