- Global Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on the development and implementation of a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives brand growth and generates leads through digital channels, social media, email, and LinkedIn.
- Product Launch Coordination: Partner with product and regional marketing teams to plan and execute impactful product launches, aligning them with corporate objectives for maximum market impact.
- Content & Campaign Development: Lead the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content and campaigns across multiple platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitive activity to inform and adapt our marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align global initiatives with local strategies, ensuring a consistent brand message across all regions.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Measure and evaluate the performance of global campaigns, refining strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Public Relations & Brand Visibility: Manage PR activities, including press releases and media outreach, to elevate brand visibility and reputation.
- Employer Branding Support: Contribute to employer branding initiatives that support recruitment and retention.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality service and exploring cost-efficient options to enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a global or corporate setting.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns, with a track record of driving engagement and lead generation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content development, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to optimize marketing strategies.
