- Perform manual testing on new features before they go live.
- Review and validate user flows, edge cases, and UI/UX details.
- Write and maintain clear test cases and detailed bug reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Development teams to understand feature requirements and ensure full coverage.
- Ensure a smooth release process by identifying and reporting bugs early.
- Continuously improve testing processes, documentation, and quality standards.
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA for software products.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and features simultaneously.
- Accountable and dependable.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working in SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, and Intercom.
- Understanding of payment systems or financial workflows.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
