GTH Software, a leading innovator in online gaming platforms, is seeking a System Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of our growing platform. This is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, influence high-level decisions, and mentor talented engineers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What you'll be doing:

Lead planning, design reviews, and provide technical mentorship to the team.
Solve complex technical challenges at the architecture, code, and product levels, balancing innovation with practical solutions for both short and long term.
Build POCs from scratch and propose new architectures, processes, or concepts to accelerate time-to-market.
Continuously learn new technologies and methodologies to meet the evolving needs of our fast-growing company.
Provide technical guidance and help coordinate the work of developers in focused task forces.

What you'll bring:

7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java.
3+ years of experience in system design and architecture.
2+ years as a System Solution Architect.
Proven experience as a technical mentor to other engineers.
Experience with large-scale web applications and multithreaded environments.
Proficient in working with databases and writing complex queries.
Strong understanding of Spring Framework concepts.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, Kafka, Elastic Search, Redis, and Kubernetes.
