This role serves as a crucial link between the finance department and the internal systems team, responsible for managing various functions to ensure seamless integration and enhancement of financial systems.Lead initial projects related to finance system implementations, improvements, and new processesProvide support and oversee upgrades of existing systems and the integration of new featuresIdentify opportunities for system improvements, efficiency gains, and user experience enhancementsAct as the intermediary between the finance department and the internal systems (IS) team, ensuring effective communication and collaborationWork closely with the IS team to implement and test system upgrades and enhancementsConduct training sessions to improve user understanding and use of finance toolsQualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA)3+ years experience in a hi-tech global companyDemonstrated knowledge of a broad range of financial functions, procedures, and processes - mustAdherence to established methodologies and best practices in project managementIn-depth knowledge of finance tools, specifically TM1 and Oracle - ustA high level of English fluency to collaborate with global, multicultural teamsStrong organizational understanding to ensure alignment of finance and IS objectivesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environmentGreat relationship-building skills with the ability to foster collaboration between different teamsAdditional InformationWe are Wix’s Finance Group.
