- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, focusing on publishers and monetization companies in the digital advertising space.
- Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting averaging 100 calls a day and incorporating emails, and social media to engage decision-makers and influencers.
- Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication with prospects.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to inform outreach strategies.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified leads, effectively handing off prospects for further sales development.
- CRM Management: Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce CRM.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help refine Browsi's messaging, product offerings, and outreach strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Browsi's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to prospects and tailor messaging to their specific needs.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a high touch prospecting role, preferably within the tech, digital advertising, or SaaS industry.

- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and proactive individual who is a self-starter and has demonstrated success in prospecting and exceeding quota
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator) and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Work Ethic and Collaboration: Strong ability to work independently while also being an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
