- Global and local recruitment
- Reviewing and screening CV's on a daily basis
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews
- Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Working with the hiring managers in order to find the best-talented candidates.
- Working with a recruitment system - Comeet
- At least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter for Hi-tech companies.
- Proven sourcing skills.
- Experience working with Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and more).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English- A must
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player, positive and can-do approach.
- Able to follow up and get things done in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Creativity and quick learning ability
- Prior experience in Global recruitment
