Readymix Industries (Cemex Israel), a leading company in the construction and building materials sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Planning Manager to join our Planning team, reporting to VP Strategic Planning. The role involves leading corporate strategy development, identifying growth opportunities, supporting key business decisions, and driving long-term value creation.About the company:Readymix Industries is a leading provider of ready-mixed concrete and related products and services in Israel. The company was founded in 1962 and has since grown to become the largest Heavy Building Materials producer in Israel. Readymix has a network of around 50 concrete plants, 7 aggregates quarries and other manufacturing business units, spread throughout the country.Readymix is a wholly - owned subsidiary of CEMEX Mexico, a global building materials company publicly traded on the New York and Mexico stock exchanges.About the PositionKey Responsibilities:· Lead strategic growth initiatives by evaluating new business opportunities, investments, and operational improvements.· Conduct in-depth feasibility calculations and develop financial and business models to assess potential ROI and risks.· Identify and drive innovation opportunities, including scouting for relevant startups, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships that can enhance the company's competitive edge.· Collaborate with senior management and business units to develop business cases and investment proposals.· Translate strategic insights into actionable business plans· Provide ongoing economic and business oversight of strategic projects post-implementation, ensuring that financial performance and business outcomes align with initial forecasts and strategic goals.· Deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and C-level executives.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a strong advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or management consulting, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting firm is considered a significant advantage
Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Fluent in English and Hebrew
