- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives.
- Storytelling: Create compelling & creative, on-brand content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand communications.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize our social media efforts.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing successful organic social media campaigns

- Technical orientation and mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Easily engage with company personnel at all levels to identify unique angles of brand storytelling
